We believe there are three basic questions to be answered concerning a patient admitted to our hospital:
- What is the problem?
- Can the problem be corrected?
-
What will it cost to correct the problem?
We will make every effort to give our clients the best possible answer to each question at the time of the initial examination. We understand that your pet's illness can be upsetting to you. Therefore, our staff will strive to make your visit as pleasant as possible.
Charges for hospitalized patients are based upon medical care given, professional services rendered, and cost of medications. Charges are assessed on a daily basis. Upon admittance, all pets must be current on all vaccinations. If your pet is infested with fleas, ticks or intestinal parasites, a charge will be made for ridding them of these parasites.
